Be myself

Actually what means "be myself"??

some people like say "be myself", 

is that mean, what they have done or talked are not being themselves,

is that mean what they are doing are all fake??

i think those who like to say those word may be 

that don't even understand themselves at all....

or may be don't even knew what themselves need.......
